When you place your order and your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal and from Spotlight Guitars confirming receipt and fulfillment availability of your order. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you within 2-3 days of order placement via FedEx depending on your delivery needs. Each item is FULLY insured and a tracking number is applied. You will receive a confirmation email informing you your item(s) have been shipped and the tracking number you can use to track your package. You are invited to call us to inquire about order status toll free (626) 826-2325. We will track your package throughout its travel cycle so that we know where it is at all times until it is delivered safely to you.

Ordering

Upon receipt and confirmation of your order and payment, inventory of your item will be physically completed and you will be emailed a photograph of the item and delivery information before item is shipped.

Taxes

Taxes will be charged on orders in California at 9.75%.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Domestic ground shipping is complimentary at this time and are subject to change due to fuel prices and transportation costs. Domestic ground shipping includes shipments within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.

We use FedEx to ship products.

In-stock orders ship within 2-3 days. Every effort is taken to ship same day if transportation schedule and supply allows. You will be contacted directly if an item is out of stock for any reason.

FedEx orders normally deliver within 5 business days of ship date and require a direct signature upon delivery.

Shipping takes place Monday through Friday. An order received on Friday , Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing on the next Monday.

Expedited and Next Day Air shipping orders may be taken over the phone to calculate most economical shipping costs to location. (626) 826-2325

Matching billing address and shipping address expedites transactions

All items shipped FedEx are insured for the price of the item(s) and direct signature is required on delivery.

Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we begin processing your order:

You will receive an order and payment confirmation from Paypal and an order confirmation from Spotlight International, Inc.

Item is processed – inspected, photographed and cataloged. All documentation is shipped with item.

Autographed guitars are double packed – first gently wrapped with foam padding then bubble wrapped in its original corregated box, then repacked again in an outer heavy corregated box with packing material for safer shipping.

You will be contacted directly if an item is out of stock for any reason. Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we begin processing your order. You will receive an order and payment confirmation from Paypal and an order confirmation from Spotlight International, Inc.

You will receive the item's tracking number by email. We track each package daily throughout its transportation cycle to help ensure timely and safe delivery. Any delays due to shipping company’s issues, you will be notified by Spotlight International, Inc. Please include your contact phone number with your order.

International Shipping

We ship Internationally via Fedex International Economy. Please contact us by email or phone (626) 826-2325, for best international shipping rates. Additional costs may be incurred by customer for International Shipping and may be subject to pay Duties and Taxes.

International Shipping may take 5-7 days to arrive after date of ship.

Return Policy

Return Policy applies to original buyer only as name and information stated on Sales Receipt. Returns will not be accepted from parties who purchase item from original buyer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 60 days of date item is shipped to you. Shipping Receipt and all other documentation must be returned with item or refund will not be considered. Returned item must be shipped back via FedEx, fully insured for a minimum of the price paid for the item.

Please note:

All merchandise is considered to belong to you until a refund is issued for your return.

Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and does not include shipping costs.

Returned items must be received in the original condition Spotlight Guitars shipped it out in and must be reselleable. An inspection of the returned guitar will be made upon its return and matched with the photographs taken of it before it was shipped to you per your order before a refund can be processed. The autograph will be re-authenticated by a forensic expert upon it's return.

If item arrives damaged or does not meet the requirements of the return policy, you will be notified, no refund will be issued and the item will be shipped back to you.

Our primary focus and greatest concern is you, our customer. We respect your privacy and therefore do not sell, rent or loan any of your personal information to any third party.

Utilizing a highly respected purchase processing company like Paypal, ensures that the only information Spotlight Guitars receives from is your shipping information and an order and payment confirmation. Your credit card number will never be available to Spotlight Guitars.
